Ways to Work Long Beaded and Pendant Necklaces into Your Wardrobe

Ways to Work Long Beaded and Pendant Necklaces into Your Wardrobe

I bet that we all have some jewelry just sitting in our rooms, those long, beaded and pendant necklaces just waiting to be worn. But the only problem is, you just don’t really know what to wear with them.

Here are just a few ideas:

1. Wear with a fun summer dress in a plain color, it can be in any style, and any color, as long as it goes pretty well with the colors on your necklace. Like a brightly colored pendant necklace paired with black, or a pastel adds an extra pop of color, making you look really fun and Chic. Just like how Supermodel Jessica Stam and Fashion Designer Rebecca Minkoff wore custom made Rebecca Minkoff dresses on Monday at the CFDA Awards in New York City, with funky pendant necklaces in a bright shade. Jessica’s dress was in a light yellow, and Rebecca’s a nice shade of black. To give you that fun color, needed to a plain colored dress.

2. Wear with just a Chic t-shirt and jeans. The Chic causal way, seen on the streets worn by about every celebrity from Selena Gomez to Miley Cyrus. Just put on a Chic t-shirt in any color, (my preference is either white or black), put on some jeans, (any color or pattern for jeans works as long as it goes with the necklace), then add the Chic necklace, and maybe even a scarf. Giving that plain, casual jeans and t-shirt look a much need burst of color.

3. With a dress or top, taking the plunge. When wearing a pretty dress or top with the plunge, a pendant or bib necklace can be a great way to add a little something up there, instead of exposing it all. Remember when Supermodel, Isabel Goulart showed up in that long, Beautiful Elie Saab gown taking the plunge, and she added the Beautiful bib necklace to it, two weeks ago in Cannes? Just make sure that the necklace color goes well with your dress or top, and you’ll definately look Chic.

Trying any of these ways will definately guarantee you’ll look Very Chic. The Best part is that none of these ways aren’t going out of style any time soon, and they work for about any season. Plus, you’ll get some good wear out of those necklaces just hanging out in your room.
