Surprisingly. The Chic shade known as Tangerine, that was named the color of the year in 2012, definitely did not go out of style once 2012 went by. Instead it became even more Chicer than ever.
Seen at many Resort 2014 shows like: Fendi, St. John, Chirstian Dior, Donatella Versace and JW Anderson for Versus, Max Mara, Stella McCartney, Gucci, and many more. The Chic shade of tangerine shall become the color of summer 2013, and Resort 2014.
You can wear the Iconic shade as a monochromatic dress, OR as a monochromatic top and bottom no prints nesscessary, as seen at Versace and St. John.

You can also wear tangerine paired with an outfit with one or two of the outfit’s elements a pastel or neutral shade that matches, and tangerine by one or two of the matching elements for a Chic more causal and not as bold look. As seen at: Fendi, Gucci, and Max Mara. Any way you do it will look very Chic. Just make sure that whatever shades you pair tangerine with that it’s either neutral or a pastel. But have experimenting though. Tangerine is a fun, Chic shade that isn’t going out of style anytime soon, so be the first one on board with the Chicest shade of the Resort 2014 season.
