Marc Jacobs Uses his Signature Sleepwear Elements at Marc By Marc Jacobs Spring 2014

Ever since Marc Jacobs debuted his new Signature trend, Sleepwear at his Marc Jacobs Fall 2013 show back in February, as was everyone else, I have definitely been all over this new trend. Showing off his first Spring 2014 collection of the season, Jacobs begins his collection, showing off an array of Beautiful geometric prints in shades of: Black, Grey, Aqua, and Peach. Jacobs also showed off a Beautiful array of silk tops, jackets, and baggy pantre throughout his collection, incorporating his Now Signature Sleepwear trend into the collection.

Still keeping the sleepwear elements in tact; Jacobs designs many of his pieces with the perfect dose of Sparkle. From the Swedish teal Sparkled shift that Julia Nobis sported, to the black and white silk ensembles draped with many Sparkling stars.

Diesel Black Gold Spring 2014

image image image image

The Diesel Black Gold collection really reminds me of Versus Spring 2012 collection, due to the Beautiful pastel shades, whites, and the Chic sheer fabric Sporty inspiration. Even the Heels, with the many straps remind me of Versus heels, but they really give such an edgy vibe, signature to the Diesel brand itself. The many Sparkles and studs, seen on some of the pastel shaded dresses give such a Chic, edgy vibe seen throughout Diesel’s collection. The pastels I give it such a Versaitle and Spring vibe.

Shades of black and grey are incorporated into the collection, towards the end. Still keeping that Sparkle and Studs, for that Chic signature edgy vibe always at Diesel Black Gold.

Rodarte Spring 2014

image image image

Set on a Runway filled with colored lights, models come out on the Runway looking like Teenagers as if they’re just coming from a party. The collection keeps that Chic, 90s like vibe that was seen at Rodarte‘s Fall 2013 collection, but I wasn’t that appealed to many of these pieces.

In my opinion, some of the animal prints paired with the leather fringe and short shorts, it really brings such a tacky, more teenager at a party vibe. Some of the pieces freshly remind me of what I teenager would wear to a party, where they get into trouble. The short shorts look really tacky, and bring a less Sexy and appealing and more tacky and not attractive vibe. Laura and Kate Mullevy did though, design many pieces that I am appealed to, like the one’s pictured below. But many of the other pieces look really tacky and less conservative.

The runway painted to look like a pool, the models are sent onto the Runway in very Beautiful, Botantical inspired looks. Really making you feel like you’re vacationing in the Bahamas.

Burch began her collection, sending an array of models in green and white printed ensembles, some with Chic palm sewn onto the dresses, really making me wish that summer were still here.

Towards the end of the collection, Burch sent models out in Beautiful silk, and lace silver gowns. Then getting into Bedazzled floral print summer dresses, perfect for a night out on the Beach. Also including really Classy khaki and white and silk dresses, versaitly perfect for any event you’ll have this Spring 2014 season.
