Using Luxurious Python, and an Hourglass Silohuette, Salvatore Ferragamo‘s Massimiliano Giornetti designs a Beautiful Spring collection, making me wish I could go on an expeditioToni Bali, and then the next day end up on the streets in Milan.

The python, leather, and the Gladiator sandals really the collection such a Chic, Safari vibe seen throughout many of the Spring collections. While the Sophisticated trench coats, and Flowy dresses bring a Chic, more Romantic and City Girl like vibe. And who doesn’t want those knee high python boots for Fall?

Dolce & Gabbana Channel 1940s Inspired Sillouhettes for Spring

For Spring, Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana take inspiration from Ancient Rome, while using 1940s inspired Silhouettes; while giving the collection it’s Glamorous Dolce & Gabbana magic.

Throughout the beginning of the collection, models are seen wearing Beautiful dresses, printed with images of Ancient Roman Ruins. Towards the middle of the collection though, it switches to Golden Cocktail dresses, many with the Ancient Roman coins printed on them. But besides the Ancient Roman theme scene throughout the collection, Dolce & Gabbana also include a more Feminine side to the collection with Beautiful Cherry Blossoms. Looking almost oeuvre, many models channel Beautiful Cherry Blossomed gowns. Perfect for a Spring or Summer wedding.

The silhouettes though, were very 1940s inspired. With Peplum, Lace, Polka Dots, The Fur, and the Iconic Hourglass figure. A style which has always been a favorite of mine. As seen at many of the Fall shows, many of the looks were belted at the waist, creating that very Ladylike Hourglass figure. Dolce & Gabbana interpret that trend, using Gold belts with a Roman coin in the center. Elements of Polka Dots and Fur were also seen throughout many parts of the collection, either paired with an Ancient Roman printed pencil skirt, and paired with an ancient coined full skirt. Each way, Oh-So-Chic and very Dolce & Gabbana.

And the finale, just STUNNING. Filled with an array of Golden Cocktail dresses. Each perfect for a night out, or even to a Wedding.

The collection, overall was extremely Feminine, Sexy, and Modern. I always love how Dolce & Gabbana take inspiration from something totally different each season, making it look Sexy and Flatter just about any Women’s figure. A Sexy Black Lace Dolce & Gabbana dress for Spring? Yes Please!!!!

Aquilano and Rimondi use many Beautiful Jewel tones like: Byzantium, Cobalt Blue, and Navy throughout the collection. Tropical and Beachy prints are seen throughout the collection looking like Artwork on Clothing.

Many collections this Spring 2014 season have Tropical, Beachy prints. Aquilano.Rimondi’s collection really stands out with the many Jewel Tones and the Tropical prints seen on mainly pencil skirts and shorts, rather than as a top or a dress. Oscar de la Renta Spring 2014

image image image image

In Oscar de la Renta‘s Spring 2014 collection, has that Glamour and Romance that we’ve been seeing a lot at New York Fashion Week this season. The collection began with an array of Beautiful ensembles, each with a black top, or trench and showing off somewhere in the look a Black and white checkered print. Which I think is just so Classy, Conservative, and Beautiful at the same time.  De la Renta then shows off many lace ensembles, with the color Navy, key. And then, switches into a Beautiful, Beautiful array of Classy, Feminine, and Ladylike Floral print dresses. Each perfect for any summer event, from a tea, to Church, to a nice little Summer party, and even on the days that you have work.

To me, some of Oscar de la Renta’s pieces look very Italian inspired. Like the baggy sleeve style on the lace shirts, the Big dangling earrings, and the Beautiful Baroque embroidery on the skirts and dresses. de la Renta gives the pieces a very Feminine twist with more Spring like pastel shades, really giving the collection that Beautiful Glamour and Romance.
