Kenzo Spring 2014

Inspired by the Ocean, I see this very opulence, vibrant, and oeuvre vibe. Kenzo Creative directors, Carol Lim and Humberto Leon use a variety of colors and patterns throughout the collection. The collection begins with an array of monochrome looks, many with fabric cut and put onto dresses, pants, trenches, and tops, for that very Playfullness vibe with the fabrics seen throughout many of the shows throughout Fashion Week. And then switches it up to very vibrant and oeuvre patterns in blues and pinks. Making me wish I was on an expedition in Bali.

Stripes, Tropical Floral Prints, and Colorblocking all Mixed into One Chic Kenzo Resort 2014 Collection

For Resort 2014, the always fun brand Kenzo decided to take on one of the Resort 2014 season’s biggest trend, mixing and matching prints. Using stripes and pairing them with tropical floral prints in the same color family, to checkered print paired with a tropical floral print. Mixing and matching prints is definitely huge here at Kenzo. Besides mixing and matching, there is also some colorblocking incorporated in. Sooooo Fun, Chic and Beautiful.
