“I don’t pop Molly, I rock Tom Ford,” is what Teen Vogue editor, Jane Keltner de Valle, quoted on her Instagram about Ford’s all things Rock & Roll and Pure Luxury Fall collection. While the leather, fur, and snakeskin may leave that luxurious feel, Ford adds that Rock & Roll edge with: Sparkles, Firey Red, dip-dyed fur, and nevertheless, leopard. The first people that seem to come to my head are Miley Cyrus, Madonna, and Lady Gaga. I wonder who will be first to sport one of Tom Ford’s courageous Fall 2014 creations.
A Versace lover, myself, I couldn’t help but come across this Instagram post from Versace, actually posted minutes ago, announcing Lady Gaga the face of the brand’s Spring 2014 Campaign. The post was quoted: “Versace is proud to confirm that … Continue reading →
Lady Gaga. Liya Kebede. Barbra Streisand. Christy Turlington Burns. Malala Yousafzai. Natalie Massenet. Gabby Giffords. And Kaitlin Roig-DeBellis. What all these amazing women have in common is the fact that they were each awarded at Carnegie Hall, last night, in New York City at Glamour’s 23rd Annual Women of the Year Awards.
The award winner that I really admire is 16 year old, Malala Yousafzai, who was a victim of an assassination attempt about a year ago. After she stood up to Taliban rule, and advocating for education for girls. Transforming into a Global symbol for the power of a peaceful protest. Since surviving a gunshot wound in her head. Now that’s what I call an Amazing, brave, hardworking, and Beautiful woman that isn’t afraid to stand up for what she believes in. And when issues strike that we don’t agree with, Yousafzai is definately the perfect role model of showing anyone how to stand up for what you believe in. Epically when standing up to something as powerful as the Taliban. What I can’t believe is that she has done so much and she’s only 16!!!!!!! Now that’s a brave woman.
For all of these women’s courage, bravery, and help to make this world a better place, Girls really do run the World.

Alexander McQueen was known for his very Out of this World, but just so Beautiful designs. And his designs are just so Beautiful and Unique that I just want to wear them all and see what reactions I get. Fortunately, you can get a bit Out of this World in McQueen’s Cut-In wedges, I think the Craziest you can get in McQueen, unless you’re Lady Gaga or a model on the Alexander McQueen runway. The wedges, coming in a leopard print, and a Beautiful black velvet with golden embroidery on the sides. Each to leave such a fun, Beautiful, and Out of this World remark, just like all the models on the Alexander McQueen runway. Pair it with your most simple outfit, or just go Crazy! All for such a Chic, Beautiful bold remark.

I’ve always been very fond of Gareth Pugh‘s ways of making his designs look bold, yet so Beautiful that you just HAVE to Have every piece. Pugh took on a very Lady Gaga like inspiration, but with a more ladylike spin. Using Sparkling fabrics of snakeskin and many Silver hues, Pugh gives his collection kind of an Out of this Galaxy like feel, but very Lady Gaga. The structured silhouettes of the Gowns really give the collection a nice, Chic statement. Who isn’t obsessed with that bold eye makeup?
The trench coats paired with the Sexy leather cocktail dresses, a must have of mine now, really give the collection a more Classy, and Ladylike feel. Reminding of a Classy woman walking down the streets of New York or Paris, but in an effort to make a Chic statement. While the fur headpieces bring a more Gaga feel, the long evening gowns paired with the fur really bring such a Ladylike, very Oscar de la Renta Fall 2013 feel. A Gareth Pugh leather trench and Cocktail dress pick-me-up in February? Yes please!
