Jeremy Scott Presents his First Collection at Moschino

As Rosella Jardini leaves the regins at Moschino, Jeremy Scott takes over. Presenting his first collection, Pre-Fall 2014, at the house, still keeping the elements signature to the house of Moschino, but adding his own twist. I can’t help but obsess over the trench coat with a black lace dress embroidered on the front. While the quilted leather jacket chained handbag will definately give any look of mine a Chic, punk twist. The ladylike floral frocks left me ready for a nice, Spring day. My favorite: “I couldn’t decide what to wear so I put on this designer t-shirt.”

Celebrating 30 years at the house of Moschino, Creative Director Rosella Jardini begins her collection, showing off a few pieces representing her years at the house of Moschino. Then switching into a Beautiful collection, with none other than a Good Girl vs Bad Girl Theme.

“The Good Girls” showed off Beautiful Chiffon, Silk, and tweed ensembles. Many of which were in a tutu style. Sweet colors of Pink, Red, Black, Cream, and White were seen a lot. With many flirty Floral print dresses, really bringing such a Glamour and Romance. A vibe seen throughout all the cities so far at Fashion Week. Like many designers including feminine accents, Jardini includes her edgy and Punk accents with “The Bad Girls.”  Showing off leather jackets, chains, and ripped up denim. The Moschino Girl is definately ready to look edgy for Spring.

Representing the 30 years of Moschino, Jardini sends out some of our old favorite Supermodels, (aka Alek Wek, Jodie Kidd, and Erin O’Connor), amongst a few. In some of Moschino’s most memorable pieces. And the finale, with live singing.

With Karl Lagerfeld presenting his Chanel collection in Singapore, and Raf Simon’s Chrisitan Dior collection in Monaco, the Newest collection presented in an exciting location is Rosella Jardini’s Moschino collection inShanghai, China.

Rosella Jardini’s Moschino collection, was very vintage inspired with, lots of Navy, White as key colors and many buttons on Classy Trench coats and the many ruffles on the neckline, very vintage. As the collection goes on, Jardini continues to use those vintage elements at the beginning but adds many Chinese inspired floral prints and white trench coats. Jardini also begins to add hot pink and yellow to match the Chic floral prints. Then, in the end Beautiful silk fabrics are added into the collection, some in metallic like silvers and golds, many with Beautiful Chinese inspired prints on them, still with Jardini’s vintage elements from the beginning still in place. A Perfect combination of Vintage staples and Asian inspired clothing. Two of my favorite clothing styles in one collection. Perfection.
