Angela Missoni Gets Inspired by Ornithology for Pre-Fall

Ornithology definately served as a key inspiration for Missoni‘s Pre-Fall 2014 collection, as feathers of all kinds were mixed with Missoni’s signature zig-zag print. Using lots of color, Missoni definately takes inspiration from the Peacock, as peacock feathers and the peacock print are Beautifully draped onto clothing. And fur is seen at the collar of zig-zagged trenches. While pleats are seen on your Traditonal sleeveless shift, making me think of architectural inspired lines. Giving sophisticated staples a fun twist. Overall, I’m pretty much begging for every single piece from the collection. Now who couldn’t resist a Missoni zig-zagged trench as you get ready to start your fall season next year?
