Tadashi Shoji’s Pre-Fall 2014 Collection Will Surely Get You into the Holiday Spirit!

The Ottoman Empire as Tadashi Shoji‘s token of inspiration for the collection. Comes a palette of rich hues like: Emerald, Red, Cobalt Blue, Cream, and of course Black. The collection is composed of mainly lace dresses, (and of course some floor length gowns), which’ll look perfect for any Holiday party or gathering you’ll be attending. The red lace dress with a full skirt will look perfect when visiting family. While the strapless cream dress with black lace embriodered across the sides will look perfect for getting cocktails, or to a Black & White ball. And the Cobalt and Emerald dresses, with black lace embroidery will be perfect from a day at the office to a Holiday party. Making me wish that Cotillion had a Holiday Ball, so I could attend in one of Tadashi Shoji’s stunners.

Rochas Spring 2014

“Underwater love. Sheer, frills, translucency and crystals at Rochas to a subterranean soundtrack from The Cure. Lovely last hurrah from Zanini.” Is what i-D Magazine quoted about Marco Zanini’s, sadly, last Rochas collection, on their Instagram. What I loved most was that the Crystals, Pearls, Pastels, and the frills that really brought such a Glamorous and Romantic vibe to the collection as a whole. A trend seen throughout all the cities at Fashion Week. While the frills made me think of a modern-day Marie Antoinette. As I’m currently reading Joan DeJean’s “The Essence of Style,” about how the French invented Fashion, Chic Cafes, and Gourmet food. The collection gives me reminiscence to the 17th century Fashion, described in, “The Essence of Style,” but with a Modern twist. And how couldn’t be obsessed with those fur pumps?

Temperley London Spring 2014

I’ve always been very fond of Alice Temperley‘s collections for Temperley London. And this time, Temperley definitely wowed me. The collection began with an array of Beautiful silk dresses, in dramatic shades of pink and black. Then came a Stunning array of pink and white lace and Baroque dresses. Each perfect for a tea party, work, or for Going Out.

Towards the middle of her collection, Temeperley gives her Traditonal, Ladylike dresses and Evening Gowns a Fun and Bold edge to it, adding hints of Leopard print into her white Cherry Blossomed evening Gowns. Really, the perfect Evening gown for anyone that likes to stand out.

The collection then ends with a Beautiful array of pastel, and floral printed evening gowns. In silk, Chiffon, and of course with a little bit of shimmer. The collection overal really, has such Glamour and Romance that was seen a lot throughout New York and London Fashion Week. And who wouldn’t want a Temperley London pink lace dress for their next tea?

Tadashi Shoji Spring 2014

I am pretty obsessed with Tadashi Shoji’s Ultra feminine and Ladylike Collection, being one of the most feminine and Classy people to live. I just love the all the Beautiful pastel lace dresses, perfect for any tea party, Church, Going out, and for work. Now I think I even know this early what I’ll be sporting on Easter. The Spring plaids are just so Beautiful, I’ve always loved Spring plaids, I’ve sported them ever since I was born. And after a plaid filled Fall, I’m definitely happy to see the Spring plaids take the Runway by storm.

The makeup is left very Classy and natural. While the hair is left down with effortless and Classy waves letting the delicate and Beautiful clothing do all the talking.

As the Beautiful feathered, sheer and Sparkly evening gowns go down the Tadashi Shoji runway, I definitely now see the perfect Gown to wear to any upcoming movie Premeire or party. In Stunning black, white, and shades of blue. I feel like I’m underwater with the beautiful blue hued gowns, which I have always been extremely fond of.
