Joseph Altuzarra Makes me Wish I was on the Streets of Manhattan

Walking down the streets of Manhattan, on a cold October’s Day. The leaves are falling, and you feel a cold breeze, as you sip on your Pumpkin Spice latte from Starbucks. You wear your black Altuzarra trench, with your matching LBD and some red boots from Altuzarra’s Pre-Fall 2014 collection. Which makes me think of a cold, walking on the streets of Manhattan.
Using brightly hued colors, neutrals, and Navy. In prints of plaid and stripes. And in Classic styles of a trench coat, simple shifts, and Altuzarra’s signature curve-enhancing slit on the skirt. Plus that Equestrian boot. You really do feel as if you’re on the streets of Manhattan on a cold October’s Day.

Christmas Photos. Check!

You know what they say, it’s never too early to get into the Christmas spirit, the memo of which I’ve pretty much been living off. Ever since I came upon Elf as I was searching for something to watch on TV when I was sick and as bored as hell during the first week of October. But as Christmas and Thanksgiving get closer and closer, and my Grandma decided to put up the trees early this year, (last week actually). I decided to get my yearly Christmas photos done with my Yorkie Butters. The photos, which I use every year on my handmade Christmas cards, and this year on Christmas ornaments which I’ll be giving to family members this year as a gift. And instead of taking just one photo, I opted for taking 4 photos, showing off some puppy love and affection for my baby Butters, right in front of the Christmas tree!

Simply Enchanting

In Valentino, Elie Saab, and Chloe. In the Enchanting Fall Forest, comes Supermodel Guinevere Van Seenus in the season’s most enchanting editorial. Wearing Fall’s most delicate pieces, she leaves a trail of petels as she walks. But then stops in a mist of the Enchanted forest, and strikes a pose. See one of photographer Erik Madigan Heck‘s best works, in Net-A-Porter‘s magazine, The Edit.

All Things Sweet at Sportmax Spring 2014

image image image image

For Spring, Sportmax took a Sweet route with an array of polka dotted ensembles in: Black, White, and my favorite Ballet Pink. And the models all sported Beautiful opened toe pumps in shades of: Black, White, Emerald, and Ballet Pink with none other than a cotton ball on the top of the pump. A pair of shoe I dream of owning.

Many designers this season have been going more feminine, Romantic and Sweet routes this season, the polka dots at Sportmax, really bring a reminscene to Marc JacobsLouis Vuitton collaboration with Japanese artist, Yayoi Kusama. That was all things polka dots.

The hair is left down Natural, and Wavy. Models sporting Natural makeup, with a Sweet Pink lip. Perfectly fitting Sportmax’s All Things Sweet theme.

Erdem Spring 2014

Rather than his usual pastel shade and Floral prints, Erdem Moralioglu opts for a more Dramatic and Classy collection filled with shades of Black and white. Walking to the beat of Cello and Piano performers, the models wore Beautiful feathers and lace ensembles, each equally Stunning and perfectly Glamorous and Romantic for any Spring event.
