Vera Wang Spring 2014

Vera Wang begins her Spring 2014 collection, using Neutral shades of grey, black, white, and Cobalt blue. In simple, but so elegant sheer fabric styles, that work perfect casually with a Cardigan and sandals during the day, and with your favorite wedges or stilettos at night.

Wang then incorporates color into her collection, with Beautiful sheer fabric long, and Flowy dresses in shades of Daffodil and Tangerine. Really bringing a Chic, Summer like vibe to the whole entire collection.

Derek Lam Spring 2014

The hair was left down or in a Natural, effortless ponytail, (depending on what look the model wore). The makeup was left very natural, and Beautiful with an Edgy zig-zag cat eye across the eye. Makeup Done by the Estée Lauder crew.

Derek Lam begins his collection, sending models down the runway in navy or black and white, not your tablecloth checkered printed ensembles. Some with a cloth tied around their head, for a very modern, Gypsy or African inspired look.

Models then come down the runway in Beautiful trench coats and shirts, paired over very feminine lace dresses, in your light, more pastel shades. Lam pairs the feminine and Girly ensembles with Gladiator sandals, very gypsy inspired. For an edge to the Sweet lace and pastels.

At the end of the show, Lam sends models down the runway in either black or white dresses, with the shoulders peeking through. Each with a Beautiful fringed neck scarf. The last few looks consisted of Beautiful monochromatic gowns, my favorite a strapless gown in the shade of Daffodil.

Helmut Lang Spring 2014

Looks like the Helmut Lang girl is taking the feminine route for Spring, as Helmut Lang’s Creative directors Nicole & Michael Colovos in Beautiful well tailored dresses, clothing in Beautiful sheer fabrics, and excitedly, Pink! But Nicole & Michael Colovos definitely kept Helmut Lang’s signature edgy cool vibe, designing many dresses with a very Chic, slouch to it, and many well tailored jackets paired with baggy pants. Definitely any girl’s perfect wardrobe for Spring.

The straight, effortlessly done hair, with the natural makeup and a burgundy lip really add such a Chic look that goes perfectly with the feminine and edgy accents for Spring.
